General requirement:

一、承担世贸或区域贸易协定争端当事方、第三方案件磋商阶段、专家组审理阶段、上诉阶段和执行阶段的相关工作。

1.To provide legal service in the consultation, panel, appeal and implementation stage for WTO or RTA dispute cases as a disputing party or third party.

二、分析、运用世贸组织、区域贸易协定等相关国际规则；收集证据材料；参加世贸组织等争端解决进程涉及的工作会议；参与准备相关法律文件；参与世贸组织、区域贸易协定等争端解决相关程序性工作；总结评估案件等。

2.To analyze WTO, RTA area and other relevant international rules; collect evidence; attend substantive meetings in the process of WTO and RTA dispute settlement, etc; participate in preparing legal documents; advise on procedural issues in WTO and RTA dispute settlement; summarize and assess the cases, etc.
