1 表面力装置 1套 *顶部一维压电元件（在超过1um的范围内产生约1 nm/V垂直（z）运动） CIP ShanghaiTech大学-表面力仪（SFA）部分:收到合同总额的50 ％后九个月内。标书中其他制造商的电子设备和实验室基础设施项目在收到合同总额的50 ％后立即发货。/  CIP ShanghaiTech University- SFA components within nine months after  receipt of 50% of total contract. Electronic equipment and lab infrastructure items from other manufacturers included in the bid to begin shipping as available immediately after receipt of 50% of total contract.

3、投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

1)必须提供所投产品的生产商针对本次招标项目出具的独家授权书；制造商或者代理商至少有三年从事类似货物生产和销售的经验.

1) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; Manufacturers or the agents must have at least three years’ experience in the similar goods production.

2) 投标人提供的投标机型应是原产地的全新产品；

4、本次招标不接受联合体投标。/ Joint Bids is not Available.
