1.投标报名方式：本项目不接受电话、传真、电子邮件等形式的投标报名，请按规定在报名时携带如下材料——
（1）报名经办人授权委托书（或介绍信）及身份证复印件并加盖单位公章；
（2）营业执照（或事业单位法人证书、社会团体法人登记证书）、组织机构代码证、税务登记证、开户许可证复印件并加盖单位公章；
（3）《出版物经营许可证》复印件并加盖单位公章；
（4）满足投标人资格条件的其他证明资料。
2.招标文件获取方式：投标人需按所投包数缴纳购买招标文件的费用，只有报名登记并购买了招标文件的投标人才有资格进行投标。招标文件不提供电子版，售后不退。
3.单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。
4.本项目不接受联合体投标。
