1. 深圳市国际招标有限公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受招标人委托，邀请合格投标人就惠州市中心人民医院的下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

2. 有意向的合格投标人可在深圳市国际招标有限公司惠州经营部得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。

3. 投标人资格：
（1）投标人必须是合法运作的独立机构（提供营业执照副本复印件加盖公司公章或商务执业许可证）。

（2）投标人必须为中国国际招标网注册用户（www.chinabidding.com）。

（3）投标人必须为制造商或授权代理商，且在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件。

（4）投标人不得与买方或招标机构有利害关系。

（5）两家以上投标人的投标产品为同一家制造商或集成商生产的，按一家投标人计算。

（6）投标机型获得中华人民共和国医疗器械注册证认证。

（7）法定代表人证明书或法定代表人授权书。 
4.有意向的投标人可从即日起至2017年1月6日17时00分止(节假日除外)，每天上午9：00～11：30、下午2：30～5：00 (北京时间) 在惠州市东湖西路168号和庆商务大厦A栋7-B (深圳市国际招标有限公司惠州经营部)现场购买招标文件（请购买人携带提供营业执照副本复印件加盖公司公章或商务执业许可证复印件加盖公司（原件备查）、法定代表人证明书原件、法人代表授权书（购买招标文件）原件、提供所投产品中华人民共和国医疗器械注册复印件加盖公章），本招标文件每包售价人民币300元或45美元，售后不退。

5. 所有投标书应于2017年1月20日10：30(北京时间)之前递交到惠州市东湖西路168号和庆商务大厦A栋7-B (深圳市国际招标有限公司惠州经营部开标室)。
6. 定于2017年1月20日10：30 (北京时间)，在惠州市东湖西路168号和庆商务大厦A栋7-B (深圳市国际招标有限公司惠州经营部开标室)。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

1. Shenzhen international tendering co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as /"bidding agency/") entrusted by the tenderer, qualified bidders are invited to center of Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital of the following goods and related services to submit sealed bids:

3. The bidder qualifications:

(1) the bidder must be legally operate independent institutions (provide the duplicate of the business license build official seal of the company or business practice license).

(2) the bidder must be registered for the China international bidding nets user (www.chinabidding.com).

(3) the bidder must for manufacturers or authorized agents, and in the tender agency registration and purchase the bidding documents.
