1. 深圳市国际招标有限公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受招标人委托，邀请合格投标人就深圳大学的下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

2. 有意向的合格投标人可在深圳市国际招标有限公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。

3. 投标人资格：
(1) 投标人必须是来自中华人民共和国或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区（以下简称“合格来源国/地区”）的法人或其他组织，在法律上和财务上独立、合法运作并独立于招标人和招标机构，具有相关经营范围，有资格和能力提供本采购项目的货物及服务的制造商或代理商（或经销商）。须提供营业执照或企业注册证明复印件（经营范围必须涵盖本次招标货物，加盖公章）。深圳大学是科教仪器设备减免税单位，如果是境外供货，投标人应有境外供货与外币结算资格或者是取得了境外供货贸易商的投标授权。

若投标人按照合同提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书原件或是合法代理商（若投标人为合法代理商应出具有效代理证明扫描件，制造商除外）。

（2）证明投标人已具备履行合同所需的财务、技术和生产能力的文件。

（3）投标人须提供设备在国内的销售业绩表、合同复印件或中标通知书复印件（表中应列出设备的出厂日期、用户名称、地址、联系人及联系方式等）

（4）参与国际招标的投标人必须在中国国际招标网www.chinabidding.com 注册成为会员，具有深圳市政府采购注册供应商资格。
（5）投标人须为深圳市政府采购中心注册的供应商；（提供注册卡扫描件或复印件加盖投标人公章)。 
（6）近三年内无行贿犯罪记录。（由深圳市政府采购中心定期向市人民检察院申请对政府采购供应商库中注册有效的供应商进行集中查询，投标文件中无需提供证明材料）
4.有意向的投标人可从2016年6月23日14时00分起至2016年6月30日17时00分止(节假日除外)，每天上午9：00～11：30、下午2：30～5：00 (北京时间) 在深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路2018号深华商业大厦661房购买招标文件（请购买人携带法人代表授权书、授权人身份证复印件及相关符合投标资格的证明材料），本招标文件每套售价人民币500元或80美元，售后不退，邮寄需另附邮资人民币60元或美元10元。

1. ShenZhen International Tendering Co.,LTD (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”), entrusted by the tenderer, qualified bidders are invited to the following goods and related services at the university of shenzhen submit sealed bids:

3. Qualifications and performance standards:

(1) the bidder must be from the people's Republic of China or is related to the business scope and legal persons and other organizations of the people's Republic of normal trade between countries or regions (hereinafter referred to as "eligible source countries / regions), in the legal and financial independence, lawful operation and independent in bidding and tendering agency, and have the qualifications and ability to provide the procurement of goods and services to manufacturers or agents (or dealers). A copy of the business license or business registration certificate must be provided (business scope must cover the tender goods, with the official seal). Shenzhen University is scientific and educational equipment to reduce the duty free units, if it is outside the supply, the bidder should have the foreign supply and foreign currency settlement qualifications or obtain a foreign supplier of the tender authorization.

If bidders in accordance with the contract to provide the goods that are not bidders own manufacture, the bidder should get goods manufacturers agreed to its in the bid provide the goods the formal authorization certificate or is legal agents (if the bidder is a legitimate agents should be issued by the agent that scanning parts manufacturer except).

(2) to prove that the bidder has the financial, technical and production capacity required to perform the contract.

(3) the bidder shall provide a copy of the equipment in the domestic sales performance table, a copy of the contract or a copy of the bid winning notice (the factory date, the name, address, contact person and contact means) of the equipment shall be listed.

(4) bidders who participate in international bidding must register as a member in the China International Tendering network www.chinabidding.com, with the qualification of Shenzhen municipal government procurement and registration suppliers.

(5) the bidder shall be registered by the Shenzhen municipal government procurement center (provided with a copy of the registration card or a copy of the official seal of the bidder). (6) no criminal record in the past three years. (from the Shenzhen municipal government procurement center to the city people's Procuratorate on a regular basis to the government procurement supplier database for the registration of an effective supplier of centralized query, the tender documents without providing proof material

4.
