新西兰10月5日消息，商务、创新和就业部（MBIE）很高兴宣布，6家供应商入选新的全政府采购（AoG）银行服务解决方案。

　　新的全政府采购（AoG）有关银行服务解决方案的合同，预计能够带来总计大约1.2亿美元的收益，总共提供8年的服务。她还能带来明显的生产能力收益，为政府机构减少开支等。根据这些解决方案还能为政府部门提供事半功倍、物有所值、促进创新的银行服务等。

　　这份合同提供了四份次级目录：

　　-皇家银行交易服务业务：西太平洋银行新西兰有限公司

　　-外币兑换服务：澳新银行新西兰有限公司，奥克兰银行有限公司，新西兰银行，花旗银行新西兰支行以及西太平洋银行新西兰有限公司

　　-支付服务：澳新银行新西兰有限公司，奥克兰银行有限公司，新西兰银行，Kiwi银行有限公司以及西太平洋银行新西兰有限公司

　　-信用卡服务：奥克兰银行有限公司，新西兰银行，花旗银行新西兰支行以及西太平洋银行新西兰有限公司

　　重要的是要注意到给予西太平洋银行新西兰有限公司的皇家银行交易服务的业务范围仅仅包括35个核心政府部门，这些部门的皇家和部门预算基金是通过财政部掌管的皇家一体化账目管理程序拨付的。剩下的三个次级目录允许各政府部门无排除地选择各供应商为其提供外币兑换、支付服务和信用卡服务等金融服务业务。

　　The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment （MBIE） is pleased to announce the selection of six providers to the new All-of-Government （AoG） Banking Services solution.

　　The AoG Banking Services solution offers estimated benefits of approximately $120 million across the whole solution for its eight-year life. It also provides significant productivity gains and reduced costs to government agencies. The services offered under the solution are fit for purpose, provide value for money and enable innovation in Banking Services for government.

　　The contracts have been awarded in four subcategories:

　　-Crown Transactional Banking Services: Westpac New Zealand Limited

　　-Foreign Exchange Services: ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, ASB Bank Limited, Bank of New Zealand, Citibank N.A. – New Zealand Branch, and Westpac New Zealand Limited

　　-Payment Services: ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, ASB Bank Limited, Bank of New Zealand, Kiwibank Limited, and Westpac New Zealand Limited

　　-Card Services: ASB Bank Limited, Bank of New Zealand, Citibank N.A. – New Zealand Branch, and Westpac New Zealand Limited

　　It is important to note that the scope of the Crown Transactional Banking Services contract awarded to Westpac New Zealand Limited only covers a group of 35 Core Agencies, whose Crown and Departmental funds are swept through the Crown’s Consolidated Cash Management process managed by The Treasury. The remaining three subcategories enable agencies to choose providers for foreign exchange services, payment services, and card services on a non-exclusive basis （e.g. more than one provider can be chosen from each panel）。

　　The providers were selected for their strong technical capabilities, relationship management, service delivery, innovation and commercial offerings. Their knowledge, systems and resources will help to introduce innovative banking services for the benefit of government agencies, the New Zealand public and businesses.

　　It is worth noting the strong commitment to innovation made by the providers, including a $10 million innovation fund from one provider.

　　The Services Agreements within the AoG Banking Services solution are live now and are available for agencies to buy from.
