　　1. The Government of Sierra Leone has received a Loan and a grant from the African development bank towards  the cost of GOSL/ADB/IDA/ Education Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover the eligible payments under the Contract for Civil Works in kono District.
                       
　　2. Action Aid Sierra Leone on behalf of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology invites sealed bids for  the construction of the following;

　　Bidders may quote for one or more Lots. Bidders quoting for an incomplete lot will be considered non-responsive. Completion period per lot beyond 6 months is not acceptable

　　4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by security as indicated in the above Table.
                       
　　5. Bids shall be delivered to Action Aid Sierra Leone District Office at 29 Bona Street on or before 10:00am December 30, 2004, at which time they will beopened at the same place in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. Bid shall be in the form of a Guarantee
